Internship Prerequisits
Things To Do
Prior to beginning your internship, you must fulfill two key requirements. First, you must successfully complete the 9-hour orientation course. Second, you need to submit your RADT application. When creating accounts on our other systems, always be sure to use the same email address as you do for your BEACON account. If you already have a RADT, then you have already fulfilled these requirements and do not need to repeat them.
9-Hour Orientation
BEACON students were emailed a coupon code and link to take the 9-Hour Orientation: Ethics, Confidentiality, and Boundaries course. Use the link below to go to the course. Be sure to click the enroll button. In the cart checkout, enter your coupon code to get the course for free.
Be sure to take good notes. To pass the course successfully, you must pass ten quizzes. If you don’t pass, you will have to take another CCAPP-approved 9-hour orientation course. It is not permitted to retake the same exact course.

Apply for RADT
Apply for the RADT using our online application system, Certemy. In this application, you will need to fill out some information, sign some agreements, and upload your completion certificate from the 9-hour orientation course. If you already have an account in Certemy then be sure to login after clicking the link, do not create a new one.
CCAPP Education sent you an acceptance letter, you will need to upload that in the fee step in your application. Upload that letter as evidence of payment, and your fee for the RADT application will be waived.
